COULD AN EMAIL CHANGE YOUR LIFE?

You can increase psychological safety and build resilience to stress with Inbox Coaching™.

IF YOU'RE ANYTHING LIKE OUR CLIENTS, YOU'RE PROBABLY
1. EXPERIENCING HIGH LEVELS OF STRESS.. POSSIBLY EVEN FEELING BURNT OUT
2. FEELING FORCED TO CHOOSE BETWEEN THRIVING AT WORK OR HOME
3. HEAVILY CONTEMPLATING QUITTING YOUR JOB

we know because we see our clients struggle with this over and over again.

WE KNOW BECAUSE WE'VE WORKED IN THE CORPORATE SPACE & EDUCATION WHILE NEVER RECEIVING RESOURCES TO MANAGE STRESS AND CREATE PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY.

WE KNOW BECAUSE WE'RE CONTINUOUSLY MEETING PEOPLE, JUST LIKE YOU, WHO ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO START WHEN IT COMES TO INCREASING ENGAGEMENT AND BUILDING RESILIENCE PERSONALLY AND PROFESSIONALLY.

WE KNOW BECAUSE WE DO OUR RESEARCH AND UNDERSTAND THAT JUST 26% OF EMPLOYEES HAVE FELT PSYCHOLOGICALLY SAFE AT WORK IN THE LAST FEW YEARS.

OUR TRAINING IS HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER AND WE LOVE THE IMPACT WE'VE BEEN ABLE TO SHARE WITH THE ORGANIZATIONS WE'VE SERVED. BUT IF THERE'S ONE THING WE'VE LEARNED, IT'S THAT THE POWER LIES IN THE CONSISTENCY OF YOUR EFFORTS.

WHICH IS EXACTLY WHY WE've CREATED

INBOX COACHING™

you can think of this as your "weekly wellness coaching"

you're in good company

This was my first year teaching and it was a difficult one. I was stressed to the point where I barely remember the beginning of the year. Inbox Coaching™ really helped me and I try to practice mindfulness while educating every day. I truly believe in the practice that you and your company are spreading! I have even spread some of this to my spouse and our home.
