Hi! I’m Amanda, and I am a former educator turned stress management consultant who helps teachers and professionals learn better self-care strategies & create psychological safety in their workplaces.

After years of working in education, I saw the need for more emphasis on teachers taking care of themselves, and consideration for sharing these practices with the students they serve.

I am a certified yoga instructor, compassion fatigue trainer, mindfulness trainer, and psychological safety facilitator and use these various knowledge fields to develop resources that have proven to be effective in classrooms – and now, I want to get them into your hands too so that you can start to see the effectiveness and power of self-care and mindfulness efforts, too!
