🧘 Mindful Check-ins: Regularly touch base on your well-being and even those around you when you are able. Not just as a formality, but genuine heart-to-hearts.

📖 Turning the Page: Next time the pressure starts building up, remember, it’s not just about getting tasks done. It’s about understanding and navigating our emotions too. Check-in with yourself and respond accordingly.
